My write-up of the video:
As Lara goes to look at the security footage, she senses something behind her and turns to see an eerie figure. Curiously moving towards it, the figure mirrors Lara’s movements.

As we watch the bright white of it’s eyes; it moves forward showing us a replica of Lara herself. The Doppelganger. Whilst attempting to keep sight of the doppel, she turns to look towards what she originaly came for. Alistor unwittingly stumbles into the room, choking on smoke from the flames. Looking towards Lara just before she does it, the doppelganger fires, sending Alistor to the ground with a nasty wound. Lara screams ‘No!’, reaching for the data, she turns back to find the Doppelganger a little too close.

In her attempt to protect herself she fires both of her guns into it’s face, only to have it move to her right just before she pulls the trigger. Dragging Lara’s arm down, Lara turns once again to face this dark being, apparentley firing too late. Lara turns finally to fire into its face. Outmonouvering her, Lara is disarmed and attacked with a two kick, one punch combo before being forced to the ground.

Lifting herself, Lara watches as the doppelganger exits via the broken stairs, spectacularly in three jumps.

Rushing towards Alistor she attempts helping him. Whilst he lies in a dishevelled manor, struggling to breathe, Lara holds pressure upon his wound but is feared too late as he whispers the untimely words: “I’ll see you in Avalon”..

The Manor burning in front of them, Zip and Winston watch the ‘duplicate’ exit the remains and sprint into the distance.

A second figure struggles out of the building, Lara carrying Alistor to the others.

As Zip disbelieves what he see’s, Winston checks hopefull for a pulse beneath Alistor’s skin.. failing to find one he looks towards Zip and shakes his head.

“What the hell was that thing!?”

“I’ve only seen something like it once before; a doppelganger that Natla sent after me years ago..”

As one of her previous expeditions runs through her mind she’s reminded of the skinless drought she faced in ‘Anniversary’..

“That one didn’t have a mind of its own..?”

Winston inquires as to why it would have been sent, if things were like they were supposed to be viewed; Natla being Amanda’s prisoner. Lara voices her suspicions of the two joining forces: “Amanda and her pet Atlantian God..”

Zip questions what is going to happen next, not exactly satisfied nor happy that Lara plans to continue with “Business as usual”..

“I need Thor’s belt to get his hammer. And I need the hammer to kill a God!”

As Lara walks towards the approaching sirens, we’re left the picture of a once grand manor, destroyed by fire, as everything fades to black.

This is a cutscene from Lara Croft: Tomb Raider Underworld. I do not claim that I made it or any rights to it, I simply uploaded it as it is my favourite cutscene. I adore the work that was put into each and every one.

Notes:
-Geometry and textures are from the game. I didn’t model anything nor did I paint any textures.
-Rigged, animated, and rendered in Maya.
-For video reference, live acion footage from movies and self shot clips were used. In this particular clip:
–The fight scene is the Tea House scene from The Matrix Reloaded.
–The punch and reaction to it is from the movie Constantine, where Gabriel gets clocked by Neo… er… Constantine.
–The other bits, like the walk, are based on self footage.
-Keyframes all around except for the hair, which was either keyframes blended with basic dynamics or only keyframes, depending on the shot. Animating the hair was an after thought, and wasn’t that fun to do.
-Sound bites are from game and the two movies noted above. The music during the dialogue is from The Dark Knight Soundtrack – track 10 on the CD – “And I Thought My Jokes Were Bad”

Hi all, this is a fan-video I made for the actress Vera Filatova, who stars as the incredibly sexy “Eve” in the awesome movie “Lesbian Vampire Killers”. I was so overwhelmed by her stunning performance, I made the absolute best video I could, to be worthy of the artists who made this gem of a movie possible. Actually, I loved her so much, that when she got finished off in the movie by the “sweet” Lotte, I became so angry that I pushed myself 200% to make an alternative storyline where Lotte is put in the place where she belongs *evil grin*

Somehow, someway, this video became VERY dark, sinister and sensual (for me at least). It is my personal favorite for that same reason. It embodies EXACTLY what I love so much about Female Vampires. This video is not meant to shock anyone in any way, it’s just the product of some dark fantasies.

I really hope you enjoy it, regardless of the “mature content”.
